The Heights Casino is seeking an assistant squash professional to join its world class coaching team. The role focuses on developing the junior program and supporting the adult squash community, reporting to the Squash Director.

Candidates should have 3+ years of coaching, strong teamwork, and excellent communication. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to coach events, clinics, and private lessons while contributing to a vibrant club environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of coaching experience at all levels.
• Preferred coaching qualifications and/or professional playing experience.
• Strong teamwork and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coach the junior program and assist with adult coaching.
• Organize inter-club events, private lessons, clinics, and camps.
• Enhance member experience by engaging the squash community.
• Assist with tournaments and coaching clinics.
