Job summary

Seattle Athletic Club seeks a Squash Professional to elevate our world-class squash program and foster a welcoming community for players of all levels. You will coach, engage members, and contribute to program innovation and growth.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized coaching, maintaining high instructional standards, and collaborating with staff to schedule and develop youth and adult squash offerings. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with both beginners and advanced players with high energy and team focus.
• Significant playing and/or coaching experience to attract and retain clients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovative coaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members in the squash areas, provide education and technique correction.
• Design, schedule, update and execute individualized coaching programs based on client goals.
• Maintain professional, respectful, member-focused presence during lessons and events.
• Guide member progression through programs, orientations, and partner matchups.
• Support youth squash programming and contribute to department growth through coaching methods.
