Job summary

Precision Turf LLC located in Sugar Hill, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Sports Turf Manager to help maintain collegiate and high school athletic fields. This position will work on both natural and synthetic turf athletic fields around the metro Atlanta area. Jobs duties include, but aren’t limited to mowing, edging, painting, aerification, topdressing, verticutting, overseeding, irrigation operation/repair, fertilizer/chemical applications, synthetic turf cleaning, testing, repairing and smaller scale installations. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

Prior athletic field/golf course maintenance is preferred. Candidates must have a valid Georgia driver’s license. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn. Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and a sense of urgency is a must. The candidate must be able to adapt to various weather conditions, work long hours and some weekends.

Compensation
