What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support operations teams with RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes, managing customer expectations proactively
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Liaise with Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities and deliverables, resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct compliance reporting and system audits to maintain accurate KPI reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently while supporting decentralized teams
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
