What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and guidance to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Liaise between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct analysis and compliance reporting to identify risks and actions regarding procurement and work order systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
