We are hiring a full time Assistant Spa Manager! Woodhouse Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented employees who have passion for what they do!

You've Gotta Do What You Love!

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Hire and train new team members
2. Coordinate therapists' schedules
3. Prepare franchise management control reports
4. Ensure treatment protocols are followed
5. Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of operating equipment
6. Ensure all front office procedures are adhered to
7. Help to ensure laundry services are completed daily
8. Place local area advertising when needed
9. Ensure guest service standards are upheld daily
10. Ensure quality control standards are upheld daily
11. Ensure the safety of guests and team members by adhering to the Safety and Security Policy
12. Prepare for on-site inspections and meet with inspectors
13. Prepare purchase and receiving orders for back bar and retail inventory
14. Ensure the organization and presentation standards for retail inventory are adhered to
15. Manage the inventory database on computer software
16. Perform daily closeout procedures on computer software
17. Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and/or Spa Concierge when needed
18. Maintain organization of break room and office area
19. Participate in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
20. Educate guests on spa services and retail products
21. Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance Standards
22. Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
23. Understand that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

Preference of 5 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
