Job summary

Massage Heights is hiring an Assistant Retreat Director to support the Retreat Director in delivering exceptional guest service and driving team performance. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure consistent brand standards across shifts.

The role requires leadership, sales experience, coaching skills, and the ability to manage schedules and promotions. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic wellness environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of face-to-face sales or retail management experience.
• Proactive self-starter with leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and mentor with discipline; proficient with computers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift
• Assist as assigned with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team
• Effectively manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
• Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals
