Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present hot and cold foods following standard recipes
• Supervise cooks in the absence of the unit Sous Chef
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
• Coordinate production and presentation for meals and buffets
• Assist in recipe development and menu planning
• Maintain schedule adherence and complete forms and records as required
