Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Assistant Sourcing Specialist to support Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders, focusing on optimizing sourcing strategies and delivering supplier improvements.

You will collaboratively manage RFPs, bids, contracts, renewals and service extensions, coordinate with Shared Services, Legal, and Risk, ensure contract terms meet standards, and provide timely analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Leader.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management.
• Ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and receive formal review and approval from legal/risk management.
• Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities.
• Complete deliverables on time and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead.
• Identify risks and actions, and flag compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.
• Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements.
• Update rates in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes.

What this job involves:

Required Qualifications:

Compensation:

$73,000-$82,000

Expected compensation for this position: 73,000.00 – 82,500.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
