Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and active PA Bar license.
• Experience in civil litigation and appellate procedure beneficial.
• Strong research, writing and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and provide legal guidance.
• Develop case strategies and dispute resolution plans.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage depositions.
• Represent the County in hearings, trials, and administrative proceedings.
