The Office of the Fulton County Solicitor-General is looking for Assistant Solicitor-Generals to prosecute misdemeanor offenses effectively, mentoring them to become impactful advocates for change. The Office of the Fulton County Solicitor-General is presently hiring for the positions of Assistant Solicitor-General I and II to work in the heartbeat of our state. The attorneys selected will be responsible for all aspects of prosecution of misdemeanor offenses in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit. Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree required and Georgia Bar license required. Interested in candidates with all levels of experience in criminal justice, legal, or generally related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Specific License or Certification Required: Must be registered as a member of the Georgia State Bar Association. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
Salary Range: $84,000.00 – $109,000.00 (Commensurate with experience); annual bonuses with consideration for advancement every six months.
