The Assistant Softball Coach in the Athletics Department reporting to the Head Coach, is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in leading, developing, and maintaining an effective and competitive NCAA Division III Softball program at Endicott College. Key responsibilities include teaching game skills and strategies, assisting with all aspects of program operations, and actively executing a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategy to attract high-caliber student-athletes.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $2500 - 3000 per season. This range reflects base pay only and does not include other potential compensation or benefits.
