Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level.
• Proven track record of developing players who excel in college softball.
• Knowledge of biomechanics, pitch mechanics, catching mechanics, and data analytics.
• Acceptable driving record and willingness to travel for recruiting and tournaments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the program including pitching.
• Provide daily instruction and game strategy.
• Recruit and develop players; build relationships with student-athletes.
