Minot State University Softball is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Coach to enhance player development and lead scouting, game prep, and in-game adjustments. The role includes recruiting, player evaluation, video analysis, and practice planning to drive performance and success for a Division II program.

The ideal candidate will contribute to NCAA compliance, mentorship, and team operations while supporting facilities setup and teardown for events and daily activities.

Qualifikationen

• Coaching or mentoring experience with student-athletes.
• Ability to develop players and provide individualized instruction.
• Experience with video analysis or performance feedback is a plus.
