This position will assist with all aspects of the softball program, including practice and game preparation, skill development, scouting and recruiting, player development, and team operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the coaching staff to create a competitive, positive, and supportive environment that promotes excellence both on and off the field. Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Position Function: Provide teaching and instruction to student-athletes; develop softball student-athletes on and off the field and assist the Head Coach with program management.
