Job summary

Capital High School is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach to join Helena Public Schools. You will support the head coach, mentor student-athletes, and promote positive, values-driven play.

Applicants should pursue ongoing coaching education, complete First Aid/CPR, MHSA Coaches Certification, and concussion training; familiarity with the MHSA rules and HPS Handbooks is expected.

Qualifications

• Seek growth as a coach/advisor by attending camps, clinics and pursuing other opportunities to learn current trends and teaching techniques in the activity.
• Ability to work with kids and promote a positive environment.
• First Aid/CPR Certification recommended.
