Qualifications

• Certification: None.
• Experience: Field work or internship in social casework.
• Other qualifications: Knowledge of school system, family system, social agency operation and ability to integrate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for enrolled pregnant and parenting youth in Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
• Support students' completion of high school and help transitions to employment or higher education.
• Work with families of children with disabilities and be flexible with time and days.
• Ability to conduct home visits in high-risk communities.
