Job summary

Pflugerville High School is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Soccer Coach to support the varsity program and mentor student-athletes on and off the field.

You will help plan practices, assist with scouting and game strategy, oversee equipment and travel logistics, and promote sportsmanship and academic success under the guidance of the head coach.

Join a supportive coaching staff within Pflugerville Independent School District and contribute to student-athlete growth and team culture.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience and ability to develop players.
• Knowledge of soccer fundamentals, tactics and player development.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate athletes and collaborate with staff.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field while supporting a competitive and positive team culture.Position Responsibilities
