YMCA of San Diego County is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor for Expanded Learning Programs (ELP). Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, you will assist with program management, supervision, planning, and implementation of academic enrichment activities, and help manage safe sign-in/out procedures.
This in-person role requires high energy, good communication, and a strong desire to mentor youth, strengthen families, and serve the community across morning and after-school shifts.
Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Assistant Site Supervisor – Expanded Learning Programs (ELP) is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor with the overall program management, participant supervision, program planning, and implementation of academic enrichment activities. The Assistant Site Supervisor will help manage safe,
accurate, and efficient participant sign in/out procedures, and provide coaching and support for Youth Leader staff members. The Assistant Site Supervisor position requires high energy, dedication, patience, good communication skills, and a strong desire to mentor youth, strengthen families, and serve the community.

M-F 6:00am – 8:00am and 1:30pm – 6:45pm.
Early start on minimum days (Wednesday or Thursdays): 12:30pm.
Must be available for morning and afternoon shifts Monday-Friday.
