YMCA of San Diego County is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor for Expanded Learning Programs to assist with program management, supervision, and development of academic enrichment activities. You will help ensure safe sign-in/out procedures and coach Youth Leader staff.
In this role you will lead in the absence of the Site Supervisor, recruit students, coordinate with schools, and maintain documentation while promoting a positive, engaging environment for youth.
Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Assistant Site Supervisor – Expanded Learning Programs (ELP) is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor with the overall program management, participant supervision, program planning, and implementation of academic enrichment activities. The Assistant Site Supervisor will help manage safe,
accurate, and efficient participant sign in/out procedures, and provide coaching and support for Youth Leader staff members. The Assistant Site Supervisor position requires high energy, dedication, patience, good communication skills, and a strong desire to mentor youth, strengthen families, and serve the community.
