YMCA in Oceanside, CA is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor – ELOP to support the Site Supervisor with program management and youth development. You will help supervise participants, coach Youth Leader staff, and assist with sign-in/out procedures, while promoting safety and positive behavior.
The role requires high energy, patience, and a strong desire to mentor youth, strengthen families, and serve the community. Schedule is Monday through Friday on-site.
Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Assistant Site Supervisor – ELOP is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor with the overall program management, participant supervision, program planning, and implementation of academic enrichment activities. The Assistant Site Supervisor will help manage safe, accurate, and efficient participant sign in/out procedures, and provide coaching and support for Youth Leader staff members. The Assistant Site Supervisor position requires high energy, dedication, patience, good communication skills, and a strong desire to mentor youth, strengthen families, and serve the community.
