Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, drive sales, train and coach staff, and uphold Sparkle Assurance quality for every customer.

You will help onboard new team members, manage schedules, greet customers, address concerns promptly, monitor equipment and safety, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly pay.
