Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a proactive Site Team Lead to drive performance across a growing territory. You will onboard, coach and develop teammates, manage schedules, promote memberships and services, and uphold customer experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new team members and promote company values.

• Check equipment daily and report issues to Site Leader.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and restock as needed.
• Promote site promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Drive performance across a growing territory with the team.
