unttypical is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our team at the Cottenham site (CB24 8BJ) on a permanent basis. You will support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, directing labour and materials to meet the production programme, and ensure show homes inspections are conducted in line with procedures.

The role requires NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent, CSCS Gold supervisor, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and strong organisational and customer service skills.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
• CSCS – Gold supervisor
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Scaffold Inspection Basic - CISRS
• BREGS or willingness to achieve in probation period
• Fire Safety for low-rise flats and housing or willingness to achieve during probationary period
• Environment Supervision in Construction Training – SSP (SEATS)
• Experience of working to an established build programme
• Coordination and supervision of a site based labour force
• Delivery targets within residential development
• Prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations
• Customer service experience
• Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel
• Full UK Driving License

Mansioni

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and directing labour and materials.
• Attend Build/Sales meetings with the Sales Team and oversee show homes inspections.
• deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site team is resourced with clear responsibilities.
• Provide on-site support to workers through training and workload planning.

• Follow Safety, Health and Environment policy and legal requirements.
