Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a high-volume housing development in Selby, YO8. The role requires leading a busy site, coordinating the team, and ensuring NHBC standards, health and safety, and quality are maintained on timber frame and traditional builds.

Candidates must have at least 3 years on new build sites with UK housebuilders and hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS. The position is temporary, with site-based responsibilities and close reporting to the Contracts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager on new build housing sites.
• Proven experience running/assisting sites for recognised UK housebuilders.
• Up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure build programmes are achieved
• Lead and coordinate the site team to maintain safety and quality
