Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Leader in overseeing operations, coaching staff, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales initiatives, maintain equipment, uphold safety standards, and sustain our Sparkle Assurance quality in every interaction.

You will lead teams, own outcomes, and work in a fast-paced outdoor setting, with a focus on staff development, training, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervisors is preferred.
• Ability to onboard, coach, and develop staff to meet standards.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and development of team members and manage scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Greet and assist customers, explain services, memberships, and promotions.
• Monitor safety protocols and daily equipment checks; report issues promptly.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost revenue.
• Identify operational challenges and propose practical improvements.
