Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Southfield, MI. Earn $22.00 per hour with incentives based on site performance.

The role supports the site manager, drives customer satisfaction, and builds sales through monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage staff schedules, and coach a team to achieve goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.

• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Ensure QC checks and quality assurance practices are followed.
• Follow cash management procedures including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and promptly.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
