Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Leetsdale, PA is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our growing team. Earn $22.00 per hour with incentives based on site performance and a clear path to leadership.

You will support the site manager, lead customer service, upsell unlimited wash packages, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations while delivering exceptional care to customers and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Basic IT skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
