Blue Tide is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a NEW West Side Location. The role involves driving quality customer service through daily leadership, promoting memberships and upgrades, and maintaining site operations.

Responsibilities include staff training, inventory and cash handling, and scheduling. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience in retail or service, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in a retail or service setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff, and to drive upsell of memberships/upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and staff to deliver quality customer service.
• Promote and upsell memberships and car-wash upgrades.
• Train and coach team; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment checks, and safety at the site.
• Oversee inventory, ordering parts and supplies, and daily cash handling.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
