Based at a world‑class Dexterra workforce accommodations facility, the Assistant Site Manager is responsible for the overall operations, direction, and success of a rapidly growing workforce accommodations construction operation. The facility will launch at approximately 500 rooms and is expected to scale quickly to more than 4,000 rooms.
This role carries full site responsibility and requires a senior leader with demonstrated experience managing large, complex hospitality or accommodation environments. The Assistant Site Manager provides strategic leadership and hands‑on project management across key service lines, including:
