If so, our Assistant Site Manager position at Zips Car Wash, located at 3410 28th Ave S Moorhead, MN, is the perfect position for you! As our Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash and support the entire car wash experience. You will collaborate closely with site leadership to train the team, drive and deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals!

Starting pay for this position is: $18 / hour + Bonus & Commission Pay!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Engage customers and enroll and support our Unlimited Wash Club
• Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance according to schedule
• Perform equipment repairs proactively and troubleshoot problems quickly
• Perform cleaning procedures of the tunnel and equipment daily
• Maintain appearance of outside landscaping and ensure all vacuums are functioning
• Open and close the site and facilitate daily operations
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members to achieve sales goals and high standards of customer service
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time during managed shifts

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service, professional or personal
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in business or a related field (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable)
• Car Wash experience (preferred)
