Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash in Meridian, MS is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager to keep the operation running at full speed and develop the team. You will own the guest experience, solve problems in real time, and uphold standards when not asked to lead.

This role is the proving ground for future Site Managers and offers path for growth. You will assist with onboarding, scheduling, occupancy, and safety protocols, while promoting memberships and services to drive revenue.
