Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers warmly
• Support enrollment in the Unlimited Wash Club
• Load vehicles safely with clear signals and a smile
• Ensure customer satisfaction with thorough washes
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel and equipment
• Manage site opening and closing operations
• Coach and motivate team members to meet sales and service standards
• Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Car wash experience is a plus
