As an Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash and support the entire customer experience. Starting pay for this position is: $16 / hour + Bonus & Commission Pay!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Engage customers and enroll/support our Unlimited Wash Club
• Safely and efficiently load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance according to schedule
• Proactively perform equipment repairs and troubleshoot problems quickly
• Perform daily cleaning procedures of the tunnel and equipment
• Maintain the appearance of outside landscaping and ensure all vacuums are functioning
• Open and close the site and facilitate daily operations
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members to achieve sales goals and uphold customer service standards
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time during managed shifts

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service, professional or personal
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in business or a related field (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and service targets (desirable)
• Car Wash experience (preferred)
