El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, coach a growing team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences across shifts.

You’ll recruit, onboard, schedule staff, monitor key metrics, and take prompt action on performance. When the Site Manager is away, you run the site with composure and accountability.

This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or shift management experience required.
• Strong real-time coaching and people development skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and throughput.
• Comfort reading daily metrics and taking action.
