Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach team members with the Site Leader
• Maintain a clean, professional site and team appearance
• Conduct daily operations at the car wash
• Enforce Bluewave policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe workplace
• Drive local volume and sales
• Ensure wash quality and brand standards
• Review financial performance with the Site Leader
• Use software programs including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Continuously improve and learn

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
