Job summary

Bluewave Express Wash in Rio Grande City, TX is seeking a Site Leader to manage daily car wash operations, recruit and train a team, and ensure a presentable, professional site that reflects our brand standards.

You will partner with the Site Leader to drive local volume, coach staff, enforce safety and quality, learn our software and POS, and support a positive, fast-paced work environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience; strong enthusiasm and positivity are a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges.
• Basic information technology and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• No car washing experience required — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Site Leader to recruit, train, and coach the team.
• Ensure the site and team members are presentable and professional.
• Manage daily operations at the car wash with energy and enthusiasm.
• Adhere to Bluewave policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a safe workplace in partnership with the Site Leader.
• Help drive local volume and sales to position Bluewave as the car wash of choice.
• Maintain wash quality and brand standards.
• Participate in financial performance reviews with the Site Leader to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Become proficient with software programs and the point-of-sale system.
• Embrace continuous learning and growth opportunities.
