Job summary

Bluewave Express Wash in Morgan Hill is looking for a Site Leader to recruit, train, and coach our car wash team while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will uphold Bluewave policies, maintain site appearance and safety, and drive local volume and sales. The role requires leadership experience, a positive attitude, and basic IT/POS skills. Training will be provided, and the outdoor environment is part of daily work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience required.

• Basic IT and computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and coach a team of car wash staff.
• Ensure the site and team maintain a sharp, presentable look.
• Oversee daily car wash operations for smooth performance.

• Collaborate with Site Leader to grow local volume and sales.
• Utilize software programs, including Microsoft Office and POS tools.
