Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers seeks an Assistant Site Coordinator to support the Site Coordinator in managing on-site logistics for after-school programs at Cucamonga Middle School, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role oversees daily meal and field trip logistics and serves as the main contact for families and staff.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to participate in trainings and collaborate with staff and community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• FBI & DOJ Livescan clearance.
• TB Test clearance.
• First Aid & CPR certification provided by WR.
• 6 months of experience supervising or leading a team and/or 6 units in child development.
• Ability to use a smartphone for work-related tasks and pass an assessment test.
• For ABC Unified School District candidates: 48+ college units or Paraeducator test completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are in a safe environment physically and emotionally.
• Support on-site team to deliver high-quality programs and customer service.
• Coordinate snacks and meals with food services vendor and provide related training.
• Implement site protocols, safety regulations, WR procedures and policies.
• Maintain attendance records, program surveys, and cycle reports.
• Comply with safety requirements and emergency protocols; maintain required trainings.
