Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager with paid training to develop leadership skills and manage daily customer service operations. You’ll learn the Take 5 system, oversee shop flow, handle payments, and support inventory while advancing toward Shop Manager roles.

All backgrounds are welcome as training is provided; earn up to $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus weekly bonuses, with full-time benefits including health, vision, and dental coverage, plus 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and promote within the company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced auto-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's duties in their absence.
• Run the floor to ensure employees are where they need to be and customers are satisfied.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
