Paid training is provided to learn the Take 5 process, oil changes, and shop management duties. Prior experience is valued but not required, making it ideal for go-getters from diverse backgrounds.

The role involves supervising operations, handling payments, and promoting safety and cleanliness while supporting store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required; eager to learn with a positive attitude.
• Ability to provide friendly customer service and handle payments.
• Willingness to train in shop management duties and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure proper staffing and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 Way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other light auto services.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
