Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast‑paced service team in Houma. PAID TRAINING will teach you the Take 5 way to run a shop, change oil, and perform light maintenance while you learn leadership skills.

Earn $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus weekly bonuses, full‑time benefits, and opportunities to advance to Shop Manager. Prior experience isn’t required—positive attitude and a customer‑focused approach are enough to start.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Lead floor operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train new employees to fulfil duties in the Take 5 way.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are in position and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform light maintenance.
