Job summary

The Take 5 Family is hiring Assistant Shop Manager with PAID TRAINING and a clear growth path to Shop Manager. Experience is valued but not required; many hires come from diverse backgrounds.

As ASM, you will provide excellent customer service, process payments, and help run the shop, with opportunities for advancement, weekly bonuses, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• People person with ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence
• Run the floor (ensure each employee is where they need to be, check vehicles, satisfy customers)
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness
