Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager. This role offers paid training and a clear path from Crew Member to Shop Manager, with opportunities for advancement across the country.

As an ASM you will deliver customer service, manage operations in the Shop Manager's absence, and help run a busy oil-change floor. You can develop leadership skills while earning hourly pay with potential weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided to learn the Take 5 way to operate a shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services.
• Act as Shop Manager in their absence.
• Oversee floor operations to ensure team coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures.
• Perform oil changes and other light maintenance tasks.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organized workspaces.
