The position involves a weekly pay cycle, hourly compensation up to 45 hours/week, and performance-based incentives to boost earnings. Training and development are emphasized to uphold the Strickland Brothers Way.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (NC TX)
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager in leading and developing team members.
• Provide real-time feedback and reinforce performance expectations.
• Lead by example in executing the Strickland Brothers Way and service standards.
• Assist in training new hires and developing technicians.
• Assist in managing daily shop operations and workflow.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and reporting.
• Utilize Power BI dashboards to support decision making.
• Support customer service and maintain service quality.
