National Beef Distribution Center in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team. This on-site role supports shipping coordination, order processing, and fulfillment responsibilities to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

You will work closely with operations, coordinate shipments with carrier partners, and maintain organized workflow while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid shipping coordination.
• Ensure financially settled orders are accurately processed for shipping.
• Build shipping waves in accordance with requirements established by operations team.
• Coordinate and process the fulfillment of customer orders: QVC/HSN shipping, printing, and organizing labels.
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate flow of orders, including integrating shipping of both ground and express orders with FedEx and UPS.
• Completing QVC Item Set Up documents and supporting Fulfillment customer product set up and inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our Assistant Shipping Coordinator positions include but are not limited to:

• Aid shipping coordination
• Ensure financially settled orders are accurately processed for shipping
• Build shipping waves in accordance with requirements established by operations team
• Coordinate and process the fulfillment of customer orders:
• QVC/HSN shipping, printing, and organizing labels
• Costco, AAGES, and Kroger order processing and order confirmations
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Coordinate flow of orders, including integrating shipping of both ground and express orders with FedEx and UPS
• Additional QVC/Fulfillment customer responsibilities
• Completing QVC Item Set Up documents
• Supporting Fulfillment customer product set up and inventory management
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications
