National Beef Kansas City is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Shipping Coordinator at our Distribution Center in Kansas City, Missouri. You will assist shipping coordination, process orders, and build shipping waves to meet operational needs, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General knowledge of office management procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Complete QVC/Fulfillment customer responsibilities and related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Aid shipping coordination
• Ensure financially settled orders are accurately processed for shipping
• Build shipping waves in accordance with requirements established by operations team
• Coordinate and process the fulfillment of customer orders
  • QVC/HSN shipping, printing, and organizing labels
  • Costco, AAGES, and Kroger order processing and order confirmations
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Coordinate flow of orders, including integrating shipping of both ground and express orders with FedEx and UPS
• Additional QVC/Fulfillment customer responsibilities
  • Completing QVC Item Set Up documents
  • Supporting Fulfillment customer product set up and inventory management
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• General knowledge of office management procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain clean, neat and orderly work area
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well with others
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attendance and punctuality record (with previous employer)
