Job summary

AGRU America, Inc. seeks Assistant Shift Supervisors to oversee equipment, staff and processes on the production floor. You will manage the production team and oversee scheduling and day-to-day production activities to keep the line running and meet production goals.

Responsibilities include supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring safety policies are followed, and maintaining clear communication between management and employees to ensure policies are understood and applied.

Qualifications

• Assisting in evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency
• Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor
