Job summary

Distron-Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead and develop a team on the assigned shift. You will oversee daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production targets.

You will train and evaluate personnel, prepare schedules, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance, and maintain process knowledge to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma, trade school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Prolonged periods of standing
