The Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) is seeking a full-time Assistant Shelter Operations Manager for our Kenosha Campus. You will lead adoption counselors and animal care technicians, reporting to the Shelter Operations Manager and ensuring daily operations run smoothly on-site.

You will foster a people-centered culture, coordinate training, manage scheduling, and support cross-team collaboration while maintaining WHS standards of care and client services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading shelter operations or equivalent role.
• Ability to manage emotionally-charged situations with empathy.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends/on-call as needed; physically capable.
